Q: What is Acroyoga? I've seen people flying in the air... 

A: In my point of view, Acroyoga is a way of rediscovering your body and all the amazing things you can do with it, exactly how it is today. It's also a practice that helps people develop physical and interpersonal abilities in a fun way. Practicing Acroyoga leads to feelings of joy, curiosity, and playfulness. 

Acroyoga is inspired by both the world of circuses as well as yoga. The practice requires at least two participants. When various simultaneous poses between two or more people become a sequence, the result is a magnificent dance in the air.
